The fifth “Secret Light Awards” received over 200 submissions. After a rigorous selection process by the organizing committee, 132 companies were shortlisted with a total of 188 projects submitted. During the online voting phase, the total number of votes reached 330,000, with the voting page receiving 3.83 million visits. In the final list of winners, 53 companies and related research institutions from the domestic laser industry’s upstream and downstream supply chain were awarded the “Secret Light Award” for the fifth China Laser Industry Innovation Contribution Award. The winning companies included not only well-known domestic and international laser enterprises such as Han’s Laser, HG Laser, Raycus Laser, Ever Bright, JPT Electronics, IPG Photonics, HSG Laser, Bystronic - DNE, and Focuslight Technologies, but also research institutions such as the Laser Fusion Research Center of the China Academy of Engineering Physics, the China National Institute of Metrology, the Shanghai Institute of Laser Technology, and Xi’an Jiaotong University. The awarded projects fully demonstrated outstanding achievements in technological innovation and industry application contributions, highlighting the scientific and innovative strength of various companies in promoting high-quality development in the laser industry.
