Amidst the challenging backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, the highly anticipated 2020 Greater Bay Area Laser Industry Summit and Secret Light Awards Ceremony were held with grandeur at the Dongguan Fuying Hotel on June 20, 2020. Over 300 distinguished guests, including academicians, expert scholars, senior executives from renowned laser companies, industry leaders, and media professionals, convened to witness the pinnacle of honor within the laser industry, with 12 awards across five major categories being presented.
This edition marked a significant breakthrough in participation and scale compared to the previous two, with hundreds of contestants, over 1.11 million online engagements, and a cumulative vote count exceeding 220,000. The selection process honored 33 companies with awards, recognizing a cohort of market-endorsed innovative products and enterprises that have made outstanding contributions to innovation in the laser industry, thus representing the vanguard of China’s laser innovation.
