Eligible Participants
The scope of this year's "Secret Light Awards" includes the following categories:
1. Domestic and international laser industry enterprises (including upstream, midstream, and downstream of the industry chain), research institutes, and universities operating legally;
2. Ultrafast lasers, fiber lasers, semiconductor lasers, and other types of lasers;
3. Laser processing equipment and system solutions for cutting, welding, cladding, cleaning, marking, automation lines, etc.;
4. Supporting equipment such as optical fibers, optical lenses, laser heads, chiller units, machining centers, vision inspection systems, motion control software and hardware, industrial Internet, etc.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Product Innovation and Market Introduction: Eligible entries must consist of novel products, technologies, or completed projects introduced between 2023 and 2024. These should demonstrate innovation, have been extensively implemented, and promoted within the industry, supported by exemplary case studies.
2. Performance Enhancement and Technological Advancements: Entries should exhibit substantial performance enhancements or represent technological breakthroughs that contribute to the industry's progression. Products and technologies must be relevant to the Chinese market, attain or surpass international standards, or assist the Chinese laser industry in reaching or leading global advancements in the respective domain.
3. Tangible Product Requirement: Submissions must be tangible products; conceptual designs are not accepted at this time. Entries should reflect thoughtful and progressive design and product selection, be economically viable, and align with strategies for sustainable development.
4. Compliance and Intellectual Property: Participating products must be free from any illegal activities, including the infringement of others' intellectual property rights. Should any property rights or copyright disputes arise during the public notice period, the applicant enterprise will bear full responsibility.
5. Award Declaration and Limitations: Products previously declared for awards in the preceding year are generally ineligible. Only one declaration per product is permitted. Enterprises that received the Industry Influential Enterprise Award in the previous year are excluded from the current year's selection. Each enterprise may apply for up to two awards at no cost, with a review fee of 2,000 RMB applicable for each additional award declared.
6. Application Material Integrity: Application submissions must contain accurate and objective information, be concisely written, and include relevant supporting materials. Applications should provide a clear description of the technical specifications, features, functionalities, and innovative aspects of the product, accompanied by images of the product. Please ensure that the application materials are prepared in accordance with these guidelines to facilitate a smooth evaluation process.
